Trump fakes job increase figures
This month's employment number was strong, yes, but also unexceptional. In January, the U.S. added 238,000 jobs; in September it tacked on 249,000. This time last year, they added 237,000. This month's result fell right within the range we've seen for the past several years. Trump's election might be making Wall Street investors and small businesses more optimistic or whatever, but there is no sign that has translated into jobs. It's the old story isn't it ?
Statistics and facts in isolation mean nothing. Comparing facts and data give you the real story. |

Difference is the labour force is and will be increasing even more. Higher-paying jobs can mean a better quality of life, as opposed to working 2 part-time jobs and having to be supplemented with foods stamps just to make ends meet - over 60 million using stamps.
The wall, the entire armed forces, 1 trillion injected into the infrastructure - it doesn't end. |

Trump takes lessons from Bill Shorten and the ALP on "announce-now, worry about if it ever happens and how it will be paid for later" economics.
President Trump’s pledge to create a program that funds $1 trillion in new infrastructure programs has kicked off with *numerous meetings but few firm decisions, beset by understaffing, bureaucratic challenges and major questions about how to pay for everything. Trump promised in a February speech to Congress that a $1 trillion infrastructure rebuilding plan would create “millions of new jobs,” but few of those jobs are expected to materialize this year, because no firm deadlines have been set and much of the planning could spill into 2018. All was well with the reading until I saw the source ! Washington Post ( AKA Washington Compost ), the Prince of FAKE NEWS ! On a positive note, slightly more credible than the "King" of Fake News, CNN. Pay no attention to their news stories.

Washington Post, about as credible as MSNBC and Clinton Network News/CIA Network News.

Looks like the Flynn thing is getting messier for the Whitehouse again.
Let see how Pence comes out of this round looking.

You can't trust what comes out of his mouth - if you can understand it. There's so much smoke coming out of all angles of his Presidency that it has to explode at some time. He did last longer than I expected though, I thought he'd have been impeached by now. He certainly seems to be doing his best in achieving it but will the GOP have the stones to revolt against their fuhrer? I wish I had my money on before the odds tumbled, though. |

Surely we will not see an Arnie vs Trump 1920 presidential campaign ? But with the low state of presidential stock in the Democrat party, he probably sees hope. He has done a stint as Governor of California as I recall. Good luck to him, if this is his aspiration, but he will be far to masculine to become the Democrate nominee !

Even Fox News is starting to turn on Trump, I believe he no longer uses 'Morning Joe' as his intelligence briefings in lieu of actual intelligence briefings.
I did laugh at their hypocrisy on reporting executive orders. They slammed Obama for it, saying they didn't want a President to 'rule by fiat', and applauded Trump for pumping out an even greater volume of executive orders, arguing that it's about time a President did something. |

I'm properly over this Trump episode. Just hit the reset button on the whole country and let the rest of the world go about its business.

I don't get any satisfaction watching what was a great country in decline with a tweeting moron at the helm, it's sad too many have been taken in by a fake with a thin veneer.

I think the biggest problem with the USA was the influence of corporate $ on politicians. They are bought and paid for.
The trouble is Trump is no different, infact a lot, lot worse.
