Which one? The red piece of poo or the green piece of poo next to it?
Gotta love the red racing tape. Whole lotta class there. But I suppose he/she is at least having a go....

Yes thats me, yes that is my car. Yes it is bogged and yes it was a dumb idea lol

Dirt road in Parkes after what felt like 10 feet of rain. Thankfully there was some very kind people at the Dish that gave me a lift back to Parkes and some even friendlier young guys who took me back out there and dragged me out - Country folk ftw! Never would i have gotten that sort of help in Sydney.

Couldn't get it out as the rear drivers side wheel has slid off the edge of the road and its beached the axle

Why did you drive into the ditch in the first place?

Just throwing this out there as a lot of effort has gone into the 'trim' so I give heaps of credit to the owner to make it stand out amongst the pack but whether its a win or fail ...... as long as the owner is happy. About 40 metres of chrome trim would have to been used.

If the owner is on the forums ..... credit given for the effort but I think a steady hand would have made it a bit straighter being my only criticism.

Basically once i hit that after the gravelly dirt I had no control over the direction of the car. It floated in whatever direction the road was putting it in, there was a slight gradient to the right so i slid to the right, off the road. It was almost-slo-mo in how it happened

That chrome trim XR6 looks like a decepticon!
Take the trimming off the boot and it would be a win methinks

i drive on tracks like that all the time at work and i've done that once (trayback landcruisers). The car just started falling to one side of the road and there was nothing i could do but hold on (at a whopping 10-15km/h lol)

It's very easy to do. Funny thing was there was tracks of someone who did the exact same thing earlier except coming the other way and landing in the same ditch as me so i wasn't the only one! I was lucky it didn't roll over lol

Your lucky it wasn't at work like mine Fev, it sucks having to prove it wasn't your fault to the big bosses who automatically assume you were going too fast or being reckless etc when doing an incident report!

I know the slo-mo feeling too, that's how i described it lol!

OH MY!!

That stuff isn't cheap either! I think someone forgot to mention to them that panel gaps are supposed to NOT stand out.
