When and where is Ford actually doing a formal release?
The car would have to be shown in full before the release. We can see the 2015 Mustang now for example.

Thanks spyman, not bad for a quick photoshop whilst I had 10 minutes before my next meeting at work.

I think I might have a better idea of what it looks like now with the additional photos put up. But im going to leave it for now and let ford or you suprise us further.

Thanks for you input on this thread and keeping the thread on topic. Love your work mate

Cheers

Agreed, 245s are a bit lame and inhibit performance - and unfortunately the limit for 8" rims. You would need to fork out extra for aftermarket 8.5 or 9" rims to go to a wider tyre.

Not to mention the XR8 will be using torque tags if this is the case, where they might as well run the 315 motor. Why not let it take the fight to SSV and be remembered as one of the quickest V8s?

The XR8 will be quick.

Why would they ?

It's an Xr6T, not an F6, which dies at the end of FG.

Yep FPV GT & GS both only run "19” x 8.0 alloy wheel fitted with 245/35ZR19" - not the best solution to optimize traction on these cars.

Personally, I would rather go down to a 18 x 9" Rim with a 275 x 35 tyre (same overall diameter of 653mm)

You 100% On that? Because surely they could of just let the V8 die with FH?

And of course it wont have an FPV badge..im a keen fisherman though.
