Thought this might make it easier, save people having to download it.

Well dont know if this has been said but us lot on the west coast probably wont make it over. Bit of a drive and the train is $500 each way, commited but not that much. Has anyone suggested running a 2nd simultaneous event in WA for those not willing to drive to the east??

DOUG! can you somehow send the flyer Via Email to every single Bseries member signed up on the bseries website?? Along with a link to the forum to register? that would surely increase numbers dramatically

Liability? For what? You break it you buy it, you hurt yourself then you sort it out! Put that on a peice of paper with the words "Sign Here"

And we have to pay for accomodation? I thought Guardian was letting us crash at his house?! :

I'm trying my best here guys but without the liability insurance its NOT happening...
Maybe I should just cancel?

So far it sounds like Insurance for the day will cost $1000...
I can't afford that and i do not be expect to... but then insurance can only be offered if we operate under an "Incorporated" banner... :
sheesh! soo difficult :

we have an inc banner.. the falcon!! lol.. although im not sure if ford would allow us to use that.. What is the insurance for though? are we commandeering a car park or somthing? Ask Dan b what he did with the cruiser for cancer, im sure he has some invaluable tips

a cruise is very different to a car show... as you are using public roads when cruising and what ever happens in your vehicle you are liable for. However in a car show incedence where you are on council property and will not allow an event to be undertaken on their land without some sort of insurance in place to protect yourselves (the hosts) and any spectators (the visitors) and their property...
