Match was pretty good, they used a spectrometer to test the colour of the paint. And Daveman you cant go wrong with Black and Chrome thats for sure!

What else can I add - this looks bloody unreal... great job with the engine and the bay.

Where did you get your belt drives from? - they really set it off

Its just a Gilmer drive off ebay withe the powersteering groove. PS. The groove does not perfectly line up with the ps pulley all the way in on the pump, had to pull it out about 5mm to make it line up.

Radiator is in, But Damn cleanence is close to those thermo fans (AU fans upsidedown). . . might have to trim back a little plastic. Also had to modify the top bracket to fit the filler neck.

looks great BlueKoop,
there looks to be enough clearence there, seeing as the fans really shouldn't move at all, i cant really see how close that bottom pulley is though.
radiator looks great, very neat job on cutting around the filler neck by the way, looks real tidy ;) bet you cant wait to fire it up!

Very nice looking set up. As already said there seems to be enough clearance in those pics. As long as its not rubbing I wouldn't really be to concerned.

Not too much to show just heaps of wiring done. Finaly have a few things back from the painter so more progress will be made tomorrow. Got the dash top back from the trimmer, done in black leather. Love that new leather smell!!

That looks excellent mate, I like newer style dashes, not a fan of old ones, even in old cars.

I can't find one thing i don't like about this coupe. The sort of thing where you feel a little sick to the stomach when you see it (in a good way). Well done mate.

Cheers guys, the only thing thats really lacking now is the interior. The Saddle just doesn't work well with the paint colour. The car is going to be off the road all of December while the seats are getting done.

Going to give us any clues on interior colour. I know white would get dirty easily but might look a treat.

Tell ya what mate its been a long year lol. in that time the car put itself in reverse in my bros garage while idling....... drivers side door stopped the car from going out and into the neighbours garage. Insurance paid for that to get fixed and it came back better than ever .... the paint is 100% better than how it was (ended up pretty much a full respray). Also have a valve guide come loose so off with the passenger side head to get fixed. . .. powersteering pump shat itself. Good times Good times.

Its going to be a really light grey leather interior.... hopefully the same shade as the dash silver. Black carpet and Black hoodlineing done an dash is done.

How weird is that...montyv8 said something about throttle linkages and garage accidents. Although yours is not linkage related, ...still.

What's cool too is that you fabricated some stuff yourself. Not many people can boast that. Dash is sexy as hell.

I will have to take some pics of the dash now and put them up... I should have the car back by Friday.

Also yeah the factory shifter is long gone now. . . . now has a B&M quicksilver which I custom mounted in the console, really happy how that turned out.
