I happen to know the store manager of that store - and he has been personally checking the mattel boxes for single cars... and has YET to find one single car....

His tip is - Kmart/Target/Big W all have HUGE toy sales coming up...
So get in there on the first day of their sale for the best chance - as they all load up on stock...

Got put onto a warehouse type place that stocks hotwheels, up at woodcroft, got two treasure hunts, red fire engine and a bone crusher.
Very pleased! The cute attendant found it odd that a 21 yr old was so interested in hotwheels cars, and I slyly got her number by asking her to check in the new stock boxes for T hunts and xb falcons, and then texting me to let me know.
I love hotwheels for this new reason: picking up!

That's the American release version, in the "All Stars" series instead of being in the "Premiere" series like it is over here.

Still, relatively cheap and will be different to everyone else's just because of the packaging ;)

Yeah I agree, it is more for those who want to take it out of its packaging and display it.

It doesn't bother me as much about treasure hunts, so any more I get I'll post up on here, maybe someone wants it, I'll let them go cheap.

I have a spare XB for anyone who wants. If you can pick it up from "Northern Suburbs" of Melbourne let me know. I would prefer it go to a collector rather than someone wanting to make a quick buck.
