Gidday all.I've been given the job of selling my grandfathers ZG fairlane and 1953 Customline for him and thought this would be a good place to start to get some advice on how much to ask for them and where to advertise.I wish I could keep them myself really!! As a teenager our family car was an XB GT Interceptor and I wish we still had that too!!

Hey everyone! I'm a young Ford enthusiast born and raised! My father was a Ford lover and I followed in his steps! Since he passed away I got his Fairlane Ghia NCII, and also bought myself a Ford Probe! Being young, how could I resist an awesome looking sports car with a Ford badge~

Hi everyone. have been a rotary owner for the past 7 years but always had a love for early american ford v8's.My Dad was a collector and so i grew up with ford's he passed away in april leaving me a 1939 ford deluxe coupe. So it's a honour to own a blue oval especially my dad's favourite one.I don't have the car yet it's still in NZ and may take sum time to bring over but in the mean time I hope to learn a thing or two about Fords.

How are you guys? My name is Chris and recently just purchased a Ford and thought this forum would be a great place to find out about everything 'Ford'. My previous rides were a Pulsar and then a Commodore. Like I said, just bought a BA XR6 and already, I am loving the drive!

Look forward to reading all the posts, specially stuff on the BA's.

One thing that did concern me is the lack of lower grill in the BA's... i'm sure that will be the first modification along with a dash mat, (keeping it small for a start)

Cheers,
Chris

Gidday All,

Have a few fords, no real mods, a BA Ford Sedan and a 2008 BF MKIII Ford Wagon. Had a few issues with the BF lately that are questioning my faith in Fords. Last three cars have been Fords.

Hi All

My name is Shaun and I'm a proud owner of a 2007 BF "Ripcurl" XR6 Ute. For the past 4 months have been doing a few mods to my pride and joy. I've been on this forum a few times and found it extremely helpful.
So keep up the good work all.

Cool Re: Welcome to New Members - Post here to say gday!

Good morning all, just wondering if anyone can help me with advise, as to where i can get my hands on a new master cylinder "reservoir" Girlock brand, to suit a 1976 ford Transit 6 Cylinder.
Tried the following: Bursons, Repco, Autobarn, Local brake specialists.
Regards Kieran

Hi Guys,
Andrew is my name. Drive a 2007 Stock Terra TS. Bought 4 months ago. Bit of a difference to a ed wagon work vehicle. Though the ed was dead reliable.
108 thou kays on the terra. Going back to ford tomo to fix the tran leak. No charge. Supprise! Enjoying the tips on the territory.
Cheers.

Hi,

I'm new to this site and have joined to seek some advice and expertise from the vast amount of knowledgeable members on FordForums as I am 99% complete on converting my Series 2 Fairmont to Manual with a AU 3 XR6 VCT motor and 5 speed. Hopefully I will have it running tomorrow after taking it to Ford to get the ECU paired to my existing BCM.

Cheers!!

Hi there everyone. I am the proud owner of a 1989 Ford Telstar TX5 ghia. It has been the most reliable vehicle I have owned. Until recently. A few weeks ago I noticed that the "hold" light was flashing and the speedometer was not working. These symptoms went away after going about 2 miles. However, the problem has become more persistent and it comes and goes randomly while driving. During all of this time the gearbox has been changing up and down normally, with no problems.

Can anyone help ????????????

Regards

Ken

Hi people, my name is Paul......live on the NSW Mid North Coast. Been driving Fords since Holden stopped putting Chev motors in them and stopped making full size cars. I owned over the years an XD wagon, XF, EA sedan, ED Sedan, EF wagon and I'm currently driving an AUII wagon. None of them have been anything special, just good reliable, comfortable cars.....everything I want out of a car.

Hi all,
Been lurking for ages but have finally started getting involved after reading some of the great build up threads on here. Current build is a NL Fairlane but also have a couple of other toys hiding in the wings for when I get bored of that. I haven't done much to the NL yet apart from exhaust, ECU and brakes but on the drawing board is a VCT XR6 head conversion, LPG injection and eventually turbo or supercharger. Also want to change the interior a bit to.

Hello to all.
I too am posting on here to get up to 20 posts so i can sell some of my old ford parts to fund my au xr8 running gear into my xw project (the old school has been done way too much for me ;))
Whenever someone wants to give me useful advice about this feel free I know i have bitten off huge amounts of labour and money here ;)
I also have another au xr8 220 which i drive everyday....... by far the best handling most comfortable car I have ever owned..... don't know why so many people dislike them.
