Ive tried to get a few fellas i know to come, Got a no can do from my mate with a BF F6 D'oh, a no can do from another mate with a BA XR6T D'oh, a no response from some one else with a BF XR6T, and a not sure yet from a mate with several Fords.

I got to talking with a young fella with a FG F6 Ute yesterday, told him the time and place so we'll see if he shows up!

And i put a status update on Facebook page "BRING BACK THE XR8" so you never know how many extras will show!

I'm not too worried about numbers. You've gotta start (or restart in our case) somewhere.

Still gotta get the car cleaned....

Had a good xmas run today, met up with Mr & Mrs Brooksy, Heath & Rocket.
Roads were rough from Cessnock to Wollombi then got better through the twisties on the way back to Broke.
Heath proved the the T was no match for the big GTP
But Rocket wants a T Series lol

Ah but the Big GTP is no match for the T in low end grunt, the GTP only sings from mid to top end, you thinking of tinkering with the T????

Rocket had so many questions about the T1 & T2's on the way home! LOL and i couldn't answer them all! That one you told us about seemed to ignite a dorment hoon inside him!

My clutch is in a pretty sad state atm LOL By mid January the new setup should be in! and if things go okay financially then next year should look like this

February
-Ford Racing Billet oil pump,
-Herrod under drive pulleys,
-Herrod oil Breather set up!
March
-SCT XCAL computer and a custom tune.

Yeah we got a bunch of Pics, but I havent downloaded them to my computer yet. Will try tonight if the baby allows.

It was a small group, but fun. Good to meet Steve, Heath and Rocket. Was also good to drive with cars that are known to be quick and see how mine compares. I'm quite happy!

While the basic Ford Six was code named Barra, the Turbo version clearly deserved its very own moniker – again enter Gordon Barfield.
We asked him if the engine had actually been called “Seagull” and how that came about.
“Actually it was just call “Gull”, because I named it that. Because we knew it was going to poo on everything”.
