I got mine this morning (eastern suburbs of Melb). Mum and Dad still haven't got theirs and they live in the same house. So does that dispel the "by postcode" idea?

Mine arrived in the post on Friday. However, my wife is still waiting for hers. Whatever we spend it on, it will be australian made products only. Doesn't really leave us a lot to buy then......

The other half got hers yesterday but because Ive not long changed my address to where we are now I think I'll have to wait until they pick out my old postcode. Bugger eh, it's killing me knowing there's a cheque sitting on the table that I can't use :

Got mine yesterday, banked it today, got my rego renewal today. Easy come, easy go. I'll keep the rest in the bank and will probably buy a 24" LCD monitor late this year.

Well at least it seems to be rolling in now...I am just wondering though, how would the ATO know " ones" bank account details? Shouldnt they all be arriving by check/cheque?

I think we've covered this question :P

It depends on how you did your Tax last...

If you had your tax put into your bank, then this will go into your bank.... if your tax came back as Cheque, then this will come as a cheque *shrugs*

I was told that it is being allocated according to post code, pitty they are not doing them sequentially, they are doing random postcodes!

Everyone in the 'hood gets it all at the same time.

They know what you ate for dinner yesterday too... :

Sanata Clause has a contract with the ATO to spy on us all about who has been good or bad, apparently they did it soo much better then he ever did.

Still no cabbage. But could have done with it. Water Heater blew up this morning, had no choice but to replace it today.
$1300 later, all done, back to hot water.

I had to stimulate the economy with my own money.
