This may be a dumb question but is there the availablity of mp3 playback thru the premium system or do you have to add the Aux port to plug Ipod/Mp3 source?

sorry cannot be done. ford cd systems has no mp3 capability.

Can you please quote to upgrade my BF XR6 base model screen and stereo to a colour screen and 6 disc cd. Can you also change to climate control like in the Fairmont? If so how much extra?

regarding the dual climate, we can supply you with the right ICC dual climate, how ever there a lot of work involved and parts have to be purchased, we don't recommend, too costly.

I have a few questions about upgrading from a BF XT:

1. What is different about the Prestige screen? What is the upgrade price?
2. What is different about the Premium screen? What is the upgrade price?
3. If I want to upgrade the stereo, can I upgrade the amp only? Or do I have to go to a new head unit and separate amp? What are head unit options?

Prestige screen is a large screen but non color, not suitable for your car if you have the single Zone cimate control.

Premium Screen is aColorTFT screen where it allows u to add dvd, reverse camera Sat Nav etc... $1100.00

if you wish to add an amp we can modify your radio cd module to have rca's and remote wire $220.00

Im looking at purchasing the full kit for $1650 for a new car im looking at. does this fitment void the Factory warrenty? does it cost extra if you send me the new radio first?

we can send you the upgraded icc first with a return consignment, once you change them over then you return the base model icc back to us. $1650.00 all inc

Will not void the warranty on your vehicle, if you order the upgrade through a ford dealership we will give a 3yrs warranty 100000 kms on new cars, or the balance of new car warranty, the changeover must be done through an authorised ford dealership.

3 questions

1. cost
2. turn around time
3. i know the car will run with out the icc as i have taken the bem off and pluged it in... is there any way to get mny speedo and rev counter to work in the mean time?

hi ther i just got my xr6t and want to put my old system in it, is this possible??? it includes front and rear splits, 2 12 inch sub and 2 amps for both the speakers and the sub. if it is possible do i need a new head unit or can that be run off the standard icc?

Cost is $1100.00 all inc with 12 months warranrty.

Turn around time is overnight service.

no need to unplug anything before you get the chageover ICC, we will send you the upgraded model as a complete ICC, once u receive it change them over then return base model icc back to us, we include a return consignment for you. therefore your car won't be off the road.

there is no such a thing as a software for the ICC to play mp3's.

regarding the gear you would like to fit in ur vehicle it can be done, however please do call us to explain it better for you. 0397991444

hey i have the pov pack icc, I dont know how to take it out or anything. I was wondering how much it will cost to upgrade to the LCD screen as I will be getting a seperate head deck later.

hi there Fadi.i just got a new xr ute with stock icc setup.wanting to change over to colour screen and dvd player.am wanting to enable to play whilst driving.is it possible?something to do with a certain switch in the back?
also wanting to put a reverse camera on .different ,but i tow a work trailer alot,so would help with hooking up.basically is all this possible.
also wanting to add a low end sub and change speakers,but i am thinking that should be ok thru a amp.have talked a little with my local,and they are more than helpful with install,so just need to workout what i can and cant do.(got a auto pilot??)
have bluetooth installed and am wanting to keep it.is that a problem.
will try to ring,but could you pm me any ideas you have,as i not confident of getting time tomorrow.thanks

we can upgrade ur ute to have the color screen dvd player and reverse camera. no problem. we can even supply you with a system with 2 cameras, one mounted on the ute and one on the trialer if you wish, and you can have one of them on Demand view. all the options you listed can be done. please call us so we can explain a bit more or email me directly fadi@asllogistics.com so i can email you with pictures.

the bluetooth kit will not be effected at all.

I am thinking about upgrading my base level ICC in my BA MkII XR6 to the upgraded ICC with TFT screen and six dash CD. Can you please tell me if these can be fitted with a USB connection to the screen so that you can link it with cameras, lap tops, etc?

u can upgrade to color screen and six indash where you can add to it a Dvd player player thatt plays USB and SD cards on the factory color screen.

$1650.00 for the ICC upgrade.
$720.00 for dvd player kit
$250.00 extra for reverse camera if you chosen the dvd player as well or $660.00 if camera choden by itself. for more info pls do call us on 0397991444.
