Interesting first post! I agree with Gas, it's been in the news sometimes where people in VIC have been fined for doing so randomly, on and off over the years.

Was running a tad late for work this morning due to traffic, also had to swing through the office to pick up parts for the job. Got to site half an hour late, jumped out of the ute only to find the back tyre just about flat. Banged the spare on, dragged my gear upstairs, then found out the wholesaler sent out the wrong fittings. What an awsome start to the day..

I've been sick for 12 days now with some kind of flu/plague type disease. The frustration is real.

Yeah it's bad and I'm pretty sure it's actually getting worse. I haven't seen a doctor though.

I think the plague came from my sister, who caught it from her in laws, who caught it from some kid at day care... which brings me to my next pet hate - why don't people quarantine themselves when they're sick!?

This would have all been avoided if:
1) my sister didn't visit me when sick,
2) her in-laws didn't visit her when sick,
3) the parents of the kid at daycare didn't take their sick kid in.

When I'm sick I just stay at home and try my best to avoid interaction with others. I (clearly) get really annoyed when other people go around spreading their germs because it is totally senseless to me... if you're sick it almost certainly means you're contagious and it doesn't take a genius to work out that you will make other people sick if you come into contact with them.

If you're sick, just stay home until you're better. It's just common sense. If there was a zombie virus out there we would all be screwed...

Gourmet sausages in packs of five. WTF is that all about? The dozen and half dozen was invented for a reason. How do you divide up five sausages? If there is two of you, you fight over who has three and who goes hungry. If you're on your own, three on the first day and two on the second.

Now a dozen can be divided by 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6. A half dozen can be divided by 1, 2 and 3.

GIVE US A PACK OF SIX SAUSAGES FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!! FIVE IS ABOUT AS MUCH USE AS A CHOCOLATE TEA POT.

My brother in law made a complaint about the new shapes when they first came out. Arnotts asked if he wanted them to send out 10 boxes of the new ones for free. He replied "why would I want 10 boxes of shapes I don't like"

Looks we made enough noise to have the original Shapes reinstated.
Big win for the little guys

Showing more patience than me here, as far as I'm concerned the self serve checkouts are for minimal items, not a whole ****in trolley full. That's why the big registers are still there.

Here's an idea Woolies since you seem to be losing money hand over foot at the moment, fine those buggers who put a trolley load of **** through self serve checkouts.

The new Cheddar flavour Shapes taste just like the "Cheese in a Biscuit" brand. The Cheddar Shapes have now lost their uniqueness and I no longer want them purely due to the taste.

One or two people have commented they can't tell the difference.

Poor people have clearly lost their sense of taste at some point.

So true.

I get frustrated when driving to work, and seeing schoolies - in winter - wearing hardly anything, shivering.

It was winter, people. Rug up, or risk getting sick. Just sayin'.

Reminds me of the barely-dressed ladies you see walking to nightclubs at midnight in the colder months, clearly trying to keep what warmth they can inside just a tiny cardigan over their shoulders.

When a swarm of bees make a hive at your house! They were doing their thing up behind the water heater as well as down the sides. As much as I find insects fascinating and love honey, this was quite a worry. It took three cans of Coles Multi Insect Killer spray over two days to get rid of them. They filled more than half a regular plastic supermarket bag and the bag was heavier than I expected.

I'll never forget the frightening sound they make when they get angry and thousands of bees are buzzing their wings loudly from the one spot (the cold made them never leave their hive after sundown).

.. I hate it when people kill bees...

They are an important link in the food chain kingdom thing. You should have re-located them, tbh.

But, oh well.

Those bees should have certainly been relocated, not sprayed with bug killer! That's horrific.

I know, I've spoken to friends about it also since and realised what a bad human I have been. Made me feel quite bad, would make David Attenborough so upset also.

I tried "smoking them out" first and this actually seemed to attract more bees.

Your right but education is the answer here.

How would one go about relocating a hive of bees?

Doesn't matter mate, id say I would of rather have called someone in, get them to move etc but let's face it, if I came face to face with that hive I would of been absolutely **** scared, you my friend have big balls to have tackled the situation , if it was wasps it would of been a different story, kill all the nasty buggers, **** I hate them that much

Oh and geez I hate that stupid Melbourne weather, was hailing sideways at my car today

Geez I hate having mates who bag me for owning a falcon. All I get is there sop stories about how there family, friends etc had bad encounters with fords, mostly falcons and how much of a **** car they were they go on to say. When I ask them what it was, it's usually older xfs els etc that are 20 years old atleast which they tell how there family would never buy one again etc etc and how ford is a crap brand. I literally sit back and reflect on what they tell me, and can't help but shake my head, especially when a mate of mine buys a bmw which his already spent 4 grand within 2 months trying to fix it .
