Thanks mate for that. I was thinking about buying another weed and feed. This one was the Scotts but Yates has usually been more effective. I have Couch grass here in Canberra. I'll take any tips because the only pleasure I have is it's big enough to need a mower. My mum does whatever she does with the plants, I really don't give a ****

There are seagulls in Canberra. Massively outnumbered by the pigeons though
We have a massive rabbit problem at the moment too. And govco is finally going to gas the warrens and air rifle them |

Starting at Capital Hill would be a good idea.

Why is it that Black Friday sales rarely seem to be happening on Black Friday anymore? They seem to be getting earlier and earlier. Soon we'll have pre-Black Friday sales, and pre-pre-Black Friday sales as the retailers all try and beat each other to get their wares advertised 'cheap' before their competitors.

Yep, looks more like Black November. However I picked up a cheap WahWah and 32" monitor without the concern of browsing for deals on a single busy day. |

Dunlop CryBaby.
Just saw its been marked down another $15. Jumped too fast. I was watching a car youtube channel not long ago. Guy was using a jumpstart pack and was raving about this one over the other 6 he has tried. Wanting one, I googled the brand, browsed a bit and bought online before his video finished. At the end of the video he offered a link and a $10 discount |

The old dual mode Schaller wah pedal is worth seeking out as an augment to your collection. Quite different to the CryBaby.

Why is it that in 2016 I could get a parcel shipped from one side of the US mainland to the other in 36 hours with almost real time tracking along the way with the US postal service, yet 7 years later Australia post takes 3.5 days to get an express post package from Bendigo to Melbourne?
And..... Why is it that Australia Post still gets to whinge about how their business is in decline?

Why is it when a female asks you to smell something it smells good?

Sure your blood flow isn’t diverted if that’s the case?
Have had plenty of discussions around food in the fridge “I don’t know if it’s still OK; what do you think?” And something definitely doesn’t smell good. |

As for dogs, we had a Jack Russell hoover. She was accidentally fed some off dog food that made her quite ill for a couple of hours. Unbeknownst to the rest of us a little pile of that temporary illness remained in the garden to which she merrily hoovered again.

Why is it that businesses will have an after hours contact number, when nobody ever answers it?

Because they are already on the pi.s by the time someone calls, so they don't answer.

Though more calls were made in the morning. One memorable call was a tradie locked out of a building site because the day before the construction co went into receivership and didn't bother to tell them. |
