Hey guys I have Auguest 73 Landau, JG70ND.... In the shed in bits, been that way for far tooooo long. Just wanted her on the list, maybe if more ppl know about her I might get off my **** n do somehting about it, Had her sinc I was 21, but fell in love with her when I was 13. wine colour, velour int, everything original and matching lost vinyl roof some stage before I got hold of it. nee boot lock cover to be 100% complete, if anyone knows of 1 give us a oi.

There is a complete Landau front for sale on ebay at the moment in that same color as the above one,looks like Landau by ford, pretty sure no one would go to the trouble of changing the head light badge on a LTD. Hes got other Landau stuff for sale too.
Does anyone know him or did he wreck one, its a long shot, but he/she might know the build details or what happen to the body ?

What colour is it?

There is a Deep Ivy, Tropic Gold with black outs, a couple of Port Wine, Black, White with painted black roof area and a red one off the top of my head.

A classic colour that shows off the chrome and suits the prestige. Always looks good on a Landau IMO.

Looking at all these photo's brings back memory's of my old landau. Sold her off a few years ago to make way for new family. not to sure if she still exists, details were:
Prefix Body: JG70ST
Serial: 67091
Model: 26317
Engine: T
Trans: B
Trim: P4
Paint: Z859
Build: 12/75
Was told by previous owner was bought by the owner of a Ford dealership who asked for Leather all round seats not just inserts and the factory option of Cassette player and dual exhausts

Not too sure if this is true though.

I can only find EZ859 which was Tango. Surely the Landau wasnt Tango!

Yes the Landau was Tango with a Brown Roof. Was told this colour was not available as a standard colour for the Landau and was special ordered, not sure if this is true

Will have to dig up some photo's. Was in pretty bad shape when I sold it. Sold it to a lady who was looking for parts as was restoring one landau from the parts of 3.
