I dont know if this is possible or has been mentioned but is there any way of adding a listing of places to stay, motels caravan parks etc in parkes so us interstaters know whats available.
Maybe add it to the list of attendees so all info is in one place.

Well I've been looking up hotels, and will try book one this week.
All I need is to get the time off (shouldn't be a problem as I havent taken a day off all year). So I will be there. Also thanks to the guys that have organised this, much appreciated.

Parkes Accommodation listings...
 Also I want to start a listing for those interested in Dinner on Saturday night... I'll try to set up a Banquet or something where everyone pays $20-$25 a head and you get a choice at (what i believe) is our best restaurant for a meal... (will probably be a choice of one of 4-6 items) or we could just eat there and I'll make a booking for numbers... in either case I thought it'd be a good idea...
