I'm thinking it's because of the Deep Water Horizon disaster, and BP are trying to recoup their Trillions of $$$ spent cleaning up their mess... which they didn't do properly. But, hey, that's another can of worms. I have been monitoring this for a couple of years and it seems to add up, here in Adelaide anyway. One Man.
