I think most of the global models will only have it for 5-6 years before the next theme. Look at the timeframe between the Evos and Iosis concepts as indication for that.

I do like the grill too but am worried that they are way to familiar and seeing them on every Ford from low to high spec, small, medium, and large, SUV and 4X4 it will get old very quickly.
Even though other brands such as BMW have had the same grill since day dot, the subtle differences between all models and the way it has evolved is enough to break the monotony ...... Ford do need to be careful that they are not limiting a new fresh and crisp design for the sake of a corporate image that might get boring quickly.

It's surely more than just a new bumper though, it would've been nice for ford to release more info on both cars by now so people can make informed decisions.

hmm, do you think the ground clearance would be too low for being street legal...or do you reckon it may be a feature/setting for something like track setting or similar

If Ford had a problem with these threads they would say so but there is nothing really that would get them concerned. If a full pic of the car was to appear, different story and would most probably be pulled to keep FoA on side and just to do the right thing by them.
Meanwhile ..... leave it to Spyman to tease. He appears to know how far he can go and what images to post without getting into much trouble

If I was not hooked on the "Gt" lettering I'd say yes and grab an xr8

I don't compare GTF to XR8, an XR8 is not a GT, simple. Personally I'd go an XR8 as I'd be happier to drive it more often but some must have a GT because it's what they want. Kinda like buying a Calais or an SSV, same motor (or used to be at one stage) but you either want one or the other...

That's what I've been saying when ppl ask me what I would do I wouldn't get a gt-f hoping someone will give me 100,000 in ten years for it but if that's your thing buy it I buy my cars to drive them and then they become someone else's problem in five years time. My chat re xr8 is,that it will have the same motor as the out going gt car less the push start etc etc diff wheels And a price diff.....that's all Spyman |

This must be related to front sensors? I would imagine that on the FH they can re-purpose one of the 40 buttons on the FG ICC Mondeo, Focus and Kuga with front sensors fitted have an on/off button to allow you turn front sensors on or off.

Sounds like spyman is trying to spot the difference between FG and FH ICC?
Wonder which of the FG ICC buttons will be replaced or if the entire lower section of the ICC has been redone? It needs more buttons I think An example of Mondeo Park Assist button can be seen in top right.
