Default Diagnostic tool connector

OK guys This is going to sound stupid but where is the DTC connector inside the car ?
i've looked everywhere and can't find the bloody thing. By the time i'm finished I should be a cougar specialist.LOL

It's on the drivers side right corner under the dash.
