Hi all , just bought my first ford after being a devoted holden supporter. I previously owned a VS calais. But then i saw the light. I test drove a few XR6's(incl 1 turbo, gotta love the boost! but couldnt get insurance as im on green p's)and it was love at first drive. So i ended up buying a Vixen Red 03 BA XR6 with seqential auto. BA is such an improvement comparing to my dads old ef falcon he had. Definetly happy with my purchase. Found the xr6 to drive better then the many s/c vy calais i tested, much smoother and more torquey.
I still have a soft spot for holdens but definetly happy with the XR6. I was previously part of the just commodores forum, leart alot about the calais on there and hope to do the same here. Allready scoped the BA na mod thread, unreal how much un-tapped power these engines can deliver! Regards Jamie |

Jamie,
I had the 1998 Nissan Pulsar SSS Turbo insured with JustCar for $1,660 and I done a quote without the mods, and it came out to be $60 cheaper. Give it a go. |
