I believe the XR6 is doing a hotlap of Oran park in next week's Drive program on channel 10 Saturdays...
Its a crap, and I mean really crap show... following a crap formula and you get the feeling you are watching a home accessories show and not a car show. The segments in the show are only short, so don't get set for a 30min expose on the XR6, it'll be lucky to get 5min. Heads up... Also, you can win a Renault Legane by predicting the XR6's laptime. Apparently you can apply for the competition at www.drive.com.au |

see it today, with the super pursuit and tornado ?
WTF are they sitting there smoking on the line for when they trying to do a 1/4 ? That show is such a Top Gear wanna be, but atleast it has aussie cars in it

i thought i was watching a channel 31 show. it was poor but i was happy to see the two utes in a segment together. getting sick of the ford/holden thing all the time.

It is a Direct rip off of top gear. The way that that Micheal Stahl (?) bloke and the girl stand around the car with a really fakely interested looking audience surrounding it in a dark room is exactly what happens on top gear with our frend Tif Needel.

And they threw to an ad break right in the middle of the 300c review... and it aint the first time that's happened... What are they scared of? Someone taping their show and propogating it on the net? bwahahahaha |

COULDN"T believe how pov that show was. The dude was halfway through reviewing that Chrysler and the justfaded him out to a commecial break. That's a pretty harsh endightment on him.
The Uk shows were way way better. I love how they have the guy from the UK quoting everything in miles p/h and stering currency for an Australian show "The Toureg is about 60 grand" not here it ain't buddeh. |
