Default How to paint a boot lip spoiler?

Hey guys, I managed to get my hands on an ED xr6 boot lip spoiler and a tickford rocker cover the other day. The bootlip spoiler as some of you might already know, is rubber? Question is....how do I go about painting this? So confused hahah no one knows...
