Does anyone know what the differences are between the Mondeo, Focus ST and Falcon engines. The Power ratings are Mondeo, 149 kW, Falcon, 177 kW and ST, 184 kW. Is it just the engine management chip or are there other factors?
Thanks for any input from Nicrobell |

Prob just chip mapping.....Ford will choose the cheapest way out. And we know you can swap the chip for a re-mapped 3rd party chip to improve performance e.g. Bluefin. Production engines tend to be undertuned to ensure longevity.

Has anyone changed the chip in a Mondeo Ecoboost and what were the results?
