Default Engine misfire!

Hi, just passing on a bit of info, car has had a slight misfire over the last few days, it’s due a set of plugs so I thought I’d just do those hopefully that would fix the problem. Removed the coil packs and noticed #1,2and3 are wet, look inside the rocker cover and it’s full of water, not coolant just water. Fortunately I saw it and blew it out, had I not seen it and it gone inside the bore, the old focus would have died!! Has anyone had this problem before? I’m just intrigued as to how water got in there!??

Thanks

Mark
