I’ve recently noticed a slight noise coming from my rear callipers upon application. Is that normal or should I have a look!!

What sort of noise? A screeching noise? If so, it might be time to replace the pads.

this is bad but i cant describe the noise. its not a schreech or a bad noise grinding noise but its just a slight noise of the clalipers being applyed..
hows this, does anyone with an auII, have a slight noise coming from their rear claipers upon apllication. |

Is it a very light thud or clunk when applying the brakes? If so give the calipers a good wash (when cold) to remove the brake dust. I've had the same with my front brakes. I was told by a mechanic this has developed in the majority of newer cars due to brake pad materials, and that when they try to find the cause of the noise they can never find anything mechanically wrong. I washed my brakes out and it's all gone.
