I have an EB XR8 at the moment and have had it for 4 years now it has 203 000ks on it and the only things I have had to do is replace the rack and pinion but that was probably due to the big tyres on the front. Also had to put a kit through the powersteering pump but thats it these motors are preety tuff.

went an had a look at it this afternoon ,overall its in pretty condition for a 13 yr old car thats done under 200k, he said auto was rebuilt about 2 yrs ago no mods but when i took it for a drive it changed 2 to 3 fairly hard under full accelaration or not, rest of gear change was smooth .
thats the only major problem with it apart from a couple of marks here an there. still thinkin about it ..... |

Before I bought my BA I had an EB XR8 for about five years...
Still reckon it was one of the best, most reliable cars Ive ever had. Only real problem I had was the welsh plugs in the back of the heads(someone before me had used water instead of coolant) :
