The CK3100 car kit is now available in Australia and NZ. The most advanced aftermarket hands free car kit on the market, this kit can be supplied specifically designed for the Falcon BA/BF and Territory and requires connection to the existing phone inputs and mounting of the display panel only. Link on the site to the CK3100 doesn't appear to be working. Definetly looking at one, two questions
1. Can you confirm compatability with a Palm Treo 650 (I'm reasonably sure it is)
2. Installation time.

The site should be ready by the end of the day, under construction at the moment. we do appologise.

Note sure about your phone, not listed however if it does have bluetooth shouldnt be a problem, since you are in melbourne you more then welcome to come by and will test it for you.

Depending what car you have installiation time might vary. However this ck3100 if you installing into a ba/bf or territory will take roughly 30 minutes, if installed by us. $25.00 fee applies. If you doing it youself it might take you 1hr. They connect easily using all ford plugs.

$299.00 supplied all included. As long ur ericson has a bluetooth function.

Had the Parrot kit installed yesterday for my V3 and must say I am impressed in the no hassle of this blue tooth kit

Gotto love the voice activated commands and dialing, i think i have rung all my 200 entries twice and have some interesting names for some of he contacts....

Had mine installed by ASL couple of weeks back. Works great, and I know what you mean by having some interesting names. Was listening to the radio the other day and the word "phone" was used by the announcer - next thing I know I'm being promted for a name.

I just had a Parrot handsfree installed by ASL this afternoon and so far it is great. Fadi is very helpful and easy to deal with. I will report in a couple of days on how it's going.

Hi

On the ba/bf or territory, we include extra harness, where no need to tap on any wires or looms to make the kit integraded with the ICC unit, which is me kit very ideal for anyone to install easily.

We can install the system on almost any vehicle. The installation cost is $50 more on the AU's though.

What are the placement options for the Parrot lcd in a Territory? Is the placement shown in the ASL pic, to the immediate left of the instrument console, the only option? Would it go within the top-of-dash SatNav/storage box for example? Elsewhere?

2: If yes, then volume would be still be controlled via the steering wheel?

4: I have a genuine Nokia carkit atm that charges the phone while driving. Any facility/cradle available for charging the phone?

Just wondering if the 3100 needs an extra harness for a ba/bf with dual zone icc? From what I can see the 3000 needs one but the 3100 doesn't? If so is that only the case if you buy new and specify which car it is for? Im looking at a 2nd hand one so not sure about it
