Default AU Ignition replacement

Hi, due to lost key, have today replaced ignition lock, BCM & ECU all matching from a wrecked vehicle. Tried to start but no result, but you can pour petrol directly into intake manifold & it will run briefly. Immobilisor light flashes continuosely on dash when ignition is in on & start position. Have been told by 3 different Auto Electricians that it should start with the 3 matching parts & key.
