Thought I might share some photos I got from a private collection of a gent I visited awhile ago. I was actually hunting for Dodge Phoenix parts but this guy had LOTS of other stuff. Heaps of Phoenixes, Galaxies, Tank Fairlanes, etc. He also had a great musclecar collection including a couple of Dodge Chargers, Plymouth GTX, Dodge Challengers, Olds W30, Pontiac GTO, and a few Ford Torinos .. mostly Torino GTs. I share with you the photos of some of the Fords ..
Here's some more .. http://mywebpage.netscape.com/OzJavelin/torino-1.jpg http://mywebpage.netscape.com/OzJavelin/torino-3.jpg http://mywebpage.netscape.com/OzJavelin/torino-5.jpg I never took any notice of what was powering these cars. I think the red on in the shed was a 428CJ? Rod. |

I think he tried to sell the two "rough" Torinos (the white and green ones) a few months ago. They were cheap, but rusty. I've noticed he is selling a lot of cars (he has a LOT), but I think he'll be keeping the good ones. I'd *LOVE* to by one of his Dodge Chargers!!!
He's a really nice guy and I kind of promised to keep his identity and location a secret. He's had some theiving from his yard (a-holes!). Next time I speak to him, I'll see what he's looking at selling .. BTW: He also had a nice XC Fairmont coupe just sitting in the yard .. how's that upset people!! |

Great cars there, pure muscle. Man.. I hate rust!!
If you want to keep his identity and location secret, maybe it'd be a good idea to mask the number plates and the truck in the background of the last photo. Someone really "sneaky" could probably do a bit of "research" and find out.

No one here would be that sneaky would they??!!
Seriously, I think most the cars are unreg so the plate shouldn't matter. If you can read the truck writing, tell me and I'll pull the picture. Thanks! |
