I would run one of the below combos..

2 x 15's wired to 1 ohm off 1 big mutha funkin d class..
2 x 15's wired to 2 ohm each off 2 d class mono blocks..
3 x 15's wired to 2 ohm each off 3 d class mono blocks..

Do you really need 3 x 15" subs in a falcon??? LOL..

Cheers,
Nik

3 is a ***** of a number of subs to run... I'd probably drop 1 or add another.. i dont think that you value boot space much.. with 4 then at least you can wire 2 in series and 2 in parallel and then get a nice 2 ohm final load on 1 massive mono..

what area you from? if i can help you with anything let me know..

I would personally go with 4 of the 15's and run them off 2 of the 1500wrms response d class mono's..

If you do decide to go with 3 subs.. 3 of the 800wrms response d class would do the job..

Retail price on the 1500wrms amps is $700 each.. and retail on the 800wrms is $400.. Cheaper if ya get a few at a time..

Cheers,
Nik

How loud the system is is going to come down to enclosure design more than the equipment you use.. the old mentality of 25% equipment, 75% Installion comes to mind..

The problem with running 3 dual voice coil subs off one amp is that you will be presenting the amp with ~.6 or .7 ohms.. I have done this in the past and doesn't really give more noise but just decreases the amps efficiency and makes it heat up..

If you are looking at getting some response amps PM me when ya ready and i can hook you up with some good pricing..

Cheers,
Nik

I just did some research..

http://www.soundstream.com/subwoofers-picasso.htm

Nice looking sub but it is missing some important specs.. did the subs come with a spec sheet.. Does it have the xmax listed???

Cheers,
Nik

The xmax is how much 'throw' the sub has.. that is how far it travels when pumping.. It is usually a critical factor in determining how well the sub will go and wat size enclosure to run it in..

Nik

whos doing all the work...

chrome spider grilles are cool.. lol

roosta.. check out my subs mate.. www.jlaudio.com.. im running 2 x w3v3's... 12"...

3.0 cu.ft net vol.. facing into cabin.. kicker 750.1 pumping 465wrms into each.. i could prolly get a bit more out of them shifting the phase around 180 (eg into the boot), but i like the clarity and lack of boot rattle at the moment...

Nice..

They look like a fairly tidy sub.. Plus coupled with a decent enclosure would give great noise..

Glenn, one quick question.
Why do you need to run 3 15" subs?
