I can't answer on behalf of BPR.
What was your issue with SCT?

I know the boy's use SCT and obtain them from Herrod who is the Aussie distributor, so no issues with the hand held devices.
(for what it's worth, I had a small issue with the SCT tuner and it was replaced without question and free of charge)

There is an issue where you pay a lot of cash for the SCT X3 flasher only to be able to flash back to stock five times before having to fork out more cash to get it unlocked.

I think thats a bit rude.

BPT is a forum sponsor and I think they can assist you in locating a Sniper dealer if you have no luck here.

Not really correct, it can only be Vin Locked to 5 different ID's meaning after you update for the last time it would have to be sent off to Herrods to be cleared.

I must have read the SCT X3 .pdf incorrectly, I thought it said flash back to stock 5 times and then it is required to be sent back to the states.

I will re-read, sorry for the incorrect info

I know it's not the right section here but bp or herrod can answer this, what happens when you het a sniper tune, then for what ever reason need to go back to stock tune?

Do they save the data, what happens if they lose it or are closed when you need it to be returned to stock.... Lastly does anyone do sniper tuning other than the famous dyno wog?

Seriously buy an xcal3 and it's win win, I flashed mine yesterday in the KFC car park waiting for popcorn chicken, I was done before the missus got back with the food, and also checked for codes and fiddled with the iPod in the same time

We cannot offer any support for Sniper, nor would we use it. If you wish to know our experiences with the product, you are probably best to contact us by phone, and we can put you in contact with people who have more experience.
