Default 2 feet of bling

That's right...24 inches of rim on a sedan. Been meaning to post this pic I took the other week. I've seen 24" rims on 4wd's before but jeez they look big on a 300C. Pricey too, the bloke said he paid $1200 per corner with no rubber, and it's his Mum's car. What a good lad.
PS: rego plate is - MAFIA

Looks absolutely stupid. You’ve got to have a bit of rubber on a sidewall to make a car look good.

When she hit’s a 1 inch deep rut in the road and stuffs the rim. Then they might come to their senses and stick with something more suitable.

Absolute **** in my opinion.

Depending on the car 18's are generally the biggest I like. Some cars look good with 20's, but I'm more about function than form.

Some people seem to think the bigger they go the better it looks :

Seen some show cars & cars on the road that look really good except for the hideously huge rims :

I'd much rather maybe an 18 or 19 with the car dropped much nicer look

Also hate when a tyre doesn't sit flush with the rim or just passed.

How many times have I heard put 20's on it with 225's
(8 + inch wide rim with 225's), christ what are they thinking :togo:

EDIT: Maybe a 300C can pull it off having bigger rims but still not 24's

I'll have to get a pic of the big woman in the little fourby running 22's or something silly. I see the rego plate: HRD2PLZ and can't help but think "I bet you are..."

Take a look at the tempe tyres site.

They claim to be the first to fit 24's to the 300c. They also have an extensive gallery of 4x4's with 28" wheels etc... Some look good, some look stupid.

Here we go, it was only a matter of time till someone mentioned the words "tempe" & "20's" in the same sentence

Theres a point where the rim size gets too big. I reckon 20 inch is about the maximum for large cars. Any bigger and it looks out of poportion. Also, you start to raise the car if the overall wheel size gets too big.
