Just sent you the dyno graph. Has upgraded turbo running 16 PSI, intercooler, 4 inch exhaust and flash tuned by Bob Romano. He is looking to set the world record for the fastest taxi in service. He will be taking it to Willowbank soon and will let me know when, I will of course pass this into on to everyone.

Wow i would have thought that it being a professional people mover that he wouldn`t be able to do this. Not that I have a problem with it , nice looking cab.

I guess it would be owner driver.
By the way some taxi drivers drive, no one would trust them with a 500HP taxi. |

For fast cabs in BNE there ain't a whole lot to talk about
there's a couple of business class statos with LS1s and there's a 300C with redcliffe dyno performance stickers on it, unsure of what's been done to it

Does it have taxi plates or is it just a promo car ?
You would lose money being a cab drive running a turbo on petrol. I bet this car does not do 100,000km per year

Yes it has taxi plates, check out the pic of the dyno tune. It IS a daily driven taxi, being based in casino, none of they're taxis are really high mileage cabs. I know this guy personally as we deal with him all the time and it's a genuine taxi!!!

Well Casino has just improved in my book. Might have to start shopping there instead of going to Lismore just so I might catch a glimpse

Bah. Where are all the stickers that fade onto the paint? Where are the holes drilled into the roof? How many drunks ride in it each weekend?
Give it to one of the depot drivers who are recent arrivals to Australia for a Friday/Saturday night in Melbourne or Sydney. The depot I used to work for had 3 XR6 turbo taxis back in 2002 and even some of those who hailed them knew they weren't normal cabs. Nice power out of the above FG though.

He was clever and used rola roof racks, would you drill holes in thE roof of a G6ET. The picture shows the taxi sign on the roof and the camera mounted above the door. Just thought I'd show a cool looking taxi. If people don't believe it's a taxi, that's fine with me.
