So after a night out at a local pub which is somewhat of a specialty pub with 100's of beers on tap. Me and a few old friends got onto talking about our favourite beers and spirits.
We pretty much came down to saying that everyone has 2 main drinks with a cheap and expensive version and a wildcard. for example for me its. Beer: Expensive: heineken Cheap: Coopers Lager Whiskey: Expensive: Glenlivet or Green label Cheap: black label and my wild card is Guinness. What do you guys and girls drink??

After many years of hopping between one beer or another, i've finally settled on Carlton Draught. I don't care what people think, it's a nice beer.

Not a beer drinker, just don't like the taste. It's really bloaty and not refreshing at all I find. Sorry. Don't mind a nice white. Stick to Fruity Lexia most of the time though... Personal favourite out of them all is Jamesons Irish. Just love the stuff. But I always have a bottle of Absolut or Stolichnaya and a bottle of Teachers.

Beer stinks and make alot of people stink from the smell of it. Jamesons is the best scotch under $100. And a bottle of Brown Brother Lexia on a hot night, perfect! |

Which include: - Coopers Sparkling Ale - Grey Goose Vodka - Belvedere Vodka - Wild Turkey - Wild Turkey American Honey - Johnny Walker Black Label - Chernobyls (when you find a bartender who isn't too whimpy to set shots alight!) - S**thounds (I love these - http://www.last.fm/music/Audiocrush.us is a podcast that will tell you how to make them) - Jug (oh the parties and lack of memories from Jug!) - Whatever Naish buys when he buys a round - Whatever Brian is going to buy me when he does invite me out, as penance for not inviting me out tonight!

Speaking of lexia, reminds me of a drink called Voon.
Voon contains Sunnyvale Fruity Lexia, a quality drink that some may call "Goon" as they don't appreciate that quality wine is sold in a box. For more information on the Epic Drink known as Voon: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Voon/47798291670?v=info

And by the way, Goon at Noon is mandatory. Failure to comply is punishible by more Goon. Oh I also used to LOVE Crunk Juice. Hennessy & Red Bull mixed together. The most epic energy hyping jumping around drunk I've ever had. I also love Hennessy by itself on a quiet night.

Another for Wild Turkey, or Absolut vodka with Kahlua and coke. But I rarely drink in the first place.
If I have too, I can force down a Jimmy and coke can. |

I couldn't drink the same beer all the time any more than I could eat the same food all the time. I enjoy trying different beers, I'm often surprised. Drinking Konig Pilsener at the moment, imported from Germany $37.50 a slab at Coles. A really nice beer at a bargain price

Cheap for me would be New. But only on tap. It tastes much worse in can or bottle.
Expensive would be corona. |

For me, Coopers beer for cheap(ish) beers. For more expensive, anything made in Belgium. Or local micro breweries. For wine, St Hallett but I'm biased due to the wife being a winemaker there. For spirits, Johnny suits all price ranges. Waiting to have a kid before I crack the bottle of blue.
