Default Steering wheel options?

What options are there to replace a grey steering wheel on a Series 1 with something else that is grey?
Anything offered from the factory in leather in grey?

AU1-3 Fairmonts & Fairlanes could have either black or grey interior. Thus the corresponding colour leather steering wheel.

I want a smaller steering wheel. This can't happen can it because of the air bag correct?

Correct ... airbag needs to stay in place.

You can get rid of it if not using the vehicle on a public road though ... but that's the only time.

in theory it would just be a defect for not using a steering wheel with an airbag hey?
