Anyone know if there is a replacement available for the +/- labels on the side of the selector near the P D N etc? mine is snapped in half so is missing the "-" bit.

Mine was missing that and a few letters. Ford spares told me I had to buy the whole selector surround for about $150.
I ended up printing out some new little letters, laminated them, cut them out and glued them in. Couldn't even tell the difference!
