Default mod restrictions?

hay i would like to no what the mod restrictions are for p platers in vic and are fat tyres aloud?

no performace mods , with wheels i think you can go two inches in width or diameter and still be legal , dont quote me though i know it applies to diameter not to shore on width.
Then different rules apply to older vechicles too.

I think the rules on wheels is that you aren't allowed to increase the rolling diameter, something like that.

Also, with P plater rules:

No Turbos (exceptions)
No V8s
No "performance" mods

You can put it down to that basically.

I've never been pulled up and given a ticket for having an exhaust and I'm on my P's, honestly as long as you're not driving a V8 or Turbo and behaving i don't think you'll get in any trouble with police. They're not going to pick on you unless you give them a reason to they have better things to do than pick on P Platers with a few minor mods.

I'm on red P plates in Victoria and have a sports exhaust with Quad tips coming out the back. A cop ended up turning of a street to come up behind me and pulled me over.

He asked if my car was a Turbo, didn't even comment on the quads or the note it gave off.

As long as you don't give the police any reason to pick on you, then more times than none you'll be fine.
