There was some mention of a light utility at some point in the recent past.
It's interesting how the local media speculates too. Ford haven't had much positive press of late in Australia despite the wins itis getting overseas. But develop a small RWD somewhere else in the world with no link to Australia at all and WHAM, we have rumours of a Torana revival. Given Ford have the whole range covered from Fiesta to Mondeo in FWD and SUV, I wonder if this small car could be something RWD? Lukeyson

with the floods in thailand taking out all three of the biggest ute products (hilux, colorada and Ranger), whoever can get back to market quickest will pick up a lot of short-term sales while demand outstrips supply.

Marin Burela gets elected to the board. Well done Marin, good to see a local boy do well, and hopefully he will provide a positive voice for Ford Australia in the boardroom in Detroit, i'm sure he will. http://www.goauto.com.au/mellor/mell...2579FB0004498F Ford dumps "volume at all cost" http://www.goauto.com.au/mellor/mell...2579FA0011E19D Ford opens Romanian Ecoboost engine plant. http://www.goauto.com.au/mellor/mell...2579FB001FAFC2 |
