Default Yes..another big wrap!!

Theo, Chris..another very satisfied customer!

All...the boys showed some love to my manual FG XR6T this week, and without going into what was done, , what a transformation!

This thing on the road is a freak'n hoot guys, and yeh Theo, very tractible mate...well in third and higher that is!

But more importantly, besides the nuts and bolt, to those who haven't gone BPR yet...it's all about the service. Outstanding and uncompromising...could not recommend more highly!

See you in a few for that coffee and yack..

Cheers
Dean

Thanks dean..

It was good to see the Plazmaman piping kit for the FG made such a difference over the OEM soft piping and adding the BPR CAI removed the factory intake restriction that we saw on the dyno...

Enjoy...

Omer, to date the boys have done injectors, full xForce 4" system, BPR CAI, Plazmaman hot and cold side piping and tune...it's a manual car and ran @ 318'ish at the treads.

Am sure the guys can elaborate if you're intersted in ore detail..

Cheers

The stock intercooler in this setup was fine.. there was no real need to change it was it was handling run after run..

We are not to keen to cut front supports on the FG's to fit the aftermarket coolers and since the next mod really is to upgrade the turbo as its close to its limit.

But to up grade the turbo you would loose the early boost the XR6T FG turbo has over the larger BA-BF-(FG F6) turbo. this make the car feel more like a 350Kw car than 320-320Kw.

Omer why dont you organise with me to have deans car down here when you come and we can take you for a drive to give you a idea what it will do for you...

Here is a quick pic of what the FG Turbo piping kit looks like and the Blue Power CAI for the Fg Turbo looks like..

I played with removing the OEM intake muffler but it was not a restriction to the intake unlike that OEM airbox.

Sorry for the poor photo..

Blue Power CAI $650
FG Piping Kit $825 in black ( which will meet up later when you upgrade intercooler) About $300 for fitting

Or $2120 for black piping with polished cooler

The piping kit replaces the hot side piping to the cooler and the cold side piping to the throttle body.

The pipes that go through the front body of the car restrict air flow just like the B series cars and the pipe that goes under the battery..
