Default Car or bike restoration places????

hi, i wondering if anyone can give me a few company names of places that do work like grand toura restoration or classic car restorations??? im look for a place to do work experiance and maybe a possible apprenticship...

Doesnt have to be for fords but would prefer something in the classic restoration....

Also if anyone know anything in the same sort of style but with harleys or choppers??

Must be in melbourne prefrably in the western suburbs

Any info would be greatly appreciated
