Before I go nuts and write one up myself, does anyone have a list of pinouts for the Smartlock controller and/or EB2 Fairy BEM?
I'm kinda hoping so - otherwise I'll be using the manual and writing it out myself. A pinout listing is a lot easier to work with than a Ford wiring diagram.  |

All I did was just started at the plug extract each wire at a time till it gets to a plug. Look up the wire, what it does work out if you need to go further or not. A couple need you to get the terminal plus the next one from memory the yellow wire went to the boot switch then bridged to somewhere else? some like the constant power from the coutosy lamp circuit just hook into the circuit with these lieelt brass clamps. you just cut them off there and hook it back to the same loom as the same place. At the end your donor dash loom will be a pile of wire and tou'll have a plug woth about 14 wires hanging from it. You'll see how spartlock was an addon as well.
Mine worked first pop. I haven't hooked up the door wiring and my smartlock jewel sits behind the dash somewhere. Yeah, I've stripped a loom apart before to get wiring for climate.
I already noticed in the manual that most of the wires just hook into existing circuits. They just laid it over the existing loom when they designed it, pretty clearly. Should be fairly straightforward. |
