Default Drivers Side Actuator auII

Gday guys and girls.

First post; just wondering what you guys thought was a resonable price for a ford falcon au II actuator to be fixed.

Issue is my central locking will not open the car. Drivers side locking makes whirring sounds like its trying to pop up, but fails to.

Key will not open either.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance

A quote from an auto-elec or mechanic is always a good idea too.
