just wondering what the vin codes mean

Trans B

RR Axle S

can someone tell me what the letters mean please

but where do i find rear axle code please

Not sure on the code . That will be a 9" diff , 2.75:1

AFAIK 9" diffs don't have a code, only the BW diffs do.

With a K code engine, the diff should be a 2.75 9" LSD, but why does it have S on the body ID plate.

Does the diff still have the aluminum tag on it? That would be easiest way to decode for gear ratio.
