sort of - its a strtch limo Mk2 Granada conversion by Nicholson - i took the pic because of the horrible front spoiler and added extras

some people have no taste

havnt seen so many cortinas since i was a teenager!!

when i was 17 i had a capri ,but most of the ford guys drove cortinas and the holden guys had toranas , ahh!! no commodores the good old days!

i must admit a little Cortina bias on my part - and only a few Mk1 / 2 escort pics although there was over 100 present

Some rare cars there. I've never seen a Mk111 Zephyr Estate wagon before that would be a rare beast in Australia . But I have seen one V6 powered Mk111 Cortina 2 door at Ballarat (vic ) swap meet a few years back for sale. Also a good photo of the black Cortina in the English country side interesting photos you have posted up.

The Zepher estate is an ultra-rare Farnham conversion

Salt air is a hazard in the Uk and they add rocksalt to the roads in winter too, but a regular hose down and a steam clean of the underside helps to keep the rust at bay.
