Default "Y" junction for GT manifold

Hey there. Currently in the process of trying to switch to a 32/36 weber in my 1980 1600 van. Weber has been rebuilt. Was just supplied with a gt manifold for the weber to sit on. Now the gt manifold has 2 threaded holes at the side for hoses and my esky has 3 hoses running into the current manifold. I'm assuming all 3 hoses have to go onto the gt manifold also. Is there a "Y" type junction i can buy from somewhere or does anyone have 1 that i could buy off them or is there something else i can use? Any info would be sweet.

work out the thread size and go to autobarns or a speed shop and get a proflow/speedflow/earls fitting. there would be one for your purpose if not something you could adapt like what i did with the side draft manifold on my escort
