Go Better........... lucky it wasn't a commodore. With that massive A pillar you wouldn't be able to see yourself going head first into oncoming traffic.

Those comments on the youtube clip are pretty anti-union. You'd think you might be happy that the government bailed out a company that employs tens of thousands of people in your country.

But not in the good ol us US of A

that can't be right. i read in the media its australian now.

its like the big kick up about all the products you see on the supermarket shelves that have the 'australian made' logo on them, and then when you read further it says 'packaged in australia from imported products'!! haha.

Well you can get a FG with American engine, German transmission, Chinese glass, Japanese Tyres, New Zealand wheels, Malaysian carpet...etc etc. They are all as bad as each other in importing parts.

ain't that the truth. we can call ford the biggest pile of proverbial, but mention another manufacturer, and true colours are often shown.

Oh well, at least they can stop the car. Unlike another popular make that has brake and balljoint issues.

Seriously, I personally can't see the funny side to it. I wouldn't care what make of car it was. having a steering wheel come off in your hands, when driving is a bloody scary thought. Not a laughing matter.

Please read the manual carefully, as the these manufacturers spent millions of dollars making sure it is perfect.....Now why are there so many problems with my car, when I follow the instructions to the letter?....Answer, majority rules round here
