Default 2017 50c Ford Australia Heritage 12-Coin Collection

This set is neat, the coins look great! It's a shame there's only 12 in the set.

I read it as 1981-1985, but the 8s aren't very clear. The 6s for the XK are very clearly 6s.

Having said that, didn't XE run from 1982 to 1984?

Sometimes launch overlaps current build - what month did XF start ?

Downies are also sold out. The set they released last year for Holden also sold out within a couple of days. Those sets are now selling for three times the original value.

The inclusion of the 6 or 8 cylinder text is a bit odd, as some cars had sixes and eights.

Just received my coin set this morning. Very classy and well done to those who put it together including the Ford Historian Michele Cook.

Good to see the following. Was expecting a BA Xr6 turbo and FG GT-F Falcon on coins, would have forked out thousands to acquire them if that was the case.

It appears that the RAM (Royal Australian Mint) limited the number of coins and what time period could be included. The same rules applied to the Holden collection.
