have you try jim mock motorsport? they specialise in n/a perforamnce packages and have a kit starting at $1,250 and go up from there. http://www.jimmockmotorsport.com/ have a look in dev kits and you should find some goodies

you could start at home with a cold air setup with pod from $100 depending on ability. headers/cat-back exaust aren't too expensive (from a few... hundred each). cams aren't tooo expensive either (few hundred also once again depending on ability to install)
after that it's just a rebuild, get it port n polished, piggy backed & blown! easy as that... heh |
