Hows It Going All,
Shopping Around for a double din head unit for those who dont know its a head unit to fit 2 spaces as i have the premium sound system. Kenwood DDX 7017 unit looks hot. What to know who has them and wat do they look lik when there installed. Also Beeing an Apprentice mechanic im shoppinc around for a Tickford head for my car ive been priced: $750 for ef - el $450 for Au both tickford. whats the differance if eny and will it bolt up to an EF Block. Cheers.

you dont nessesarily need a double din head unit, just get the pocket from the gli/futura from ford to fill in the spare space underneith the headunit. Also, you will loose the CD stacker also with an aftermarket head unit, you might get the amp working though
you are better off with the EF/EL tickford head as the AU head had smaller valve ports |
