Hi guys,

Once again we are looking for one or two comms techs to come and give us a hand in Roxby Downs, SA. Below is the outline of what is being advertised:

Comms Tech

MPS Building and Electrical based in Roxby Downs SA offer our people a diverse and challenging career with a high focus on safety and customer service.

We are currently seeking an experienced Comms Tech for an immediate start to join our team. The duties will be based on the Olympic Dam mine site and surrounding areas and will require some underground work.

Qualifications and Experience:
Open Registration Cabling Licence
Minimum 3 Years experience
Valid Driver’s Licence
Fibre Optic Cabling and terminations
Television antenna / MATV experience
Cat 6 data cabling experience

Additional tickets/licences are highly regarded eg. CCTV and Security experience

Must have own tools of trade

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to provide/obtain a Police Clearance and be willing to participate in a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing. Due to the areas of work a lung function test will also be required.
