Question 2009 XR5 Key fob not working

Hey guys,

I’ve been stumped trying all the tricks on YouTube (including changing the battery...lol) for my key fob that just stopped working for lock/unlock (no remote starting). Fuse under dash is fine, transponder (near gear stick) is non-existent. I found a video that used a Zed-Full auto programmer (the only video that showed the same key as mine). Does anyone know where I can get my 2 keys programmed in Melbourne? The locksmith I went to, his machine was unable to program it but was able to cut a key (remote as well but same issue). Do I need to take it to my local Ford dealership??
