Default welch plug in ef/el/au water pump heater pipe hole

hi

with blocking off water pump heater pipe hole was wondering exactly do you use and how do you seal the welch plug and what exactly do you do

what size welch plug do you need

if you put a welch plug in that hole and you still want a working heater can you just put a t fitting in bottom header tank hose does that hose get hot as it is on the same tank as bottom hose

can you tap the welch plug in pump heater hole while pumps still bolted on

how do you seal the welch plug so it doesnt leak
